His most recent best seller is Dying to Meet Jesus, published by Chosen/Baker Publishing. His other books include the non-fiction self-help books: The 22 Most Important Things, The Power to Thrive, and Daily Keys to Success, the most comprehensive compendium of success factors, one per each calendar day. His two end-times fiction books are Will's Purpose and The Last Earth.

Randy serves as the Founder and CEO of Abundant Life Online, a Christian personal development and networking site, and as the Chief Learning Officer of PACEsetters, a human development firm specializing in the thriving mindset. Randy's articles have been read in major publications such as Forbes and the Wall Street Journal. He has been interviewed on numerous radio, television, and podcast programs reaching over 300 million people worldwide.

His breakthrough research on thriving in life spans several decades, as he has uncovered practical ways to overcome trials. He has been a CEO of four companies and executive for Fortune 100 companies, church teacher, and board member for over 20 organizations.
