What you need to know:
Emerson Lodge is a 3 level log cabin with built-in beds, full kitchen, living room, fireplace, 2 bathrooms (men and women) on the lower level that has 2 showers, 2 toilet stalls, and 2 sinks in each one.
This is a co-ed dorm-like cabin.

Bathrooms and showers are on lower level below the 1st floor accessible by stairs (only).
You will need to bring your own bedding, toiletries, and any “special” food requirements (there is a full kitchen in the lodge for storing and preparing). The lodge staff cannot accommodate all dietary restricted, however, they can provide gluten-free meals at no additional cost with advance notice. Please let us know if you would like us to arrange for gluten-free meals.

Along with teaching by Brae, Jill, and special guest author Mark Stibbe (whose father was mentored by C.S. Lewis), we will dine in the pubs where the inklings gathered, tour the home of C.S. Lewis, and see the Narnia window in his home church. We'll stroll Addison's walk where C.S. Lewis walked with Tolkien and Hugo Dyson till the wee hours of the morning discussing Christianity. We'll visit Tolkien's grave; tour the oldest family-owned bookstore in the world; visit the Bodleian Library, and so much more. And we'll still have plenty of free time for you to explore!
